Service agreement

1. Scope. The Studio designs and delivers the brand identity in Schedule A: logo, colours and type, in the formats listed there.

2. Fees. The Client pays each invoice within 14 days. Late payments carry interest at 1% a month.

3. Changes. Either party may ask for changes in writing. Changes that add work are quoted first.

4. Ownership. Once paid in full, the Client owns the final artwork. The Studio may show it in its portfolio.
